Luis is an experienced Relationship Director, negotiator, communicator and management
facilitator. He has worked in a number of different sectors including Finance, Retail, Learning and Development both in the Public and Private Sector. Throughout his career he has worked with several corporates including Babcock International, Generali, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and General Mills at senior management and Board level and hopes to bring his acquired skills to bear on their continuing success. Luis also works as an Executive Coach and has sat on several different Boards including Business Learning Solutions.
The senior management training delivered has been varied from Presentation Skills to Good Governance for Directors and Entrepreneurs.

Simon is a Fellow of the global Chartered Governance Institute (‘CGI’), having qualified first as an English solicitor. Simon is Joint Head of CGI Board Evaluation, with which he has been involved since 2003. He is also a governance consultant and trainer. He is a former CEO of the CGI division for the UK and Ireland. He worked as in-house counsel for 30 years in the British railway industry; latterly as company secretary and general counsel, and then as a main board executive director, of the former Railtrack Group PLC. The influencing and negotiating skills required of a company secretary are vital too for his role as a board evaluator.
Since 2019, Simon has been an Executive Fellow with the London Business School Leadership Institute, raising the profile of the Leadership Institute in the business community by acting as an ambassador and representative of its efforts. He is also a member of, and adviser to, the International Corporate Governance Network. In 2019/2020, he served as Principal Adviser to the Astana International Financial Centre to develop the AIFC Corporate Governance Principles and Guidance.
Simon is a vice-president (formerly a board member and deputy chair) of a Royal Charter charity, the Railway Benefit Fund. Previously he was an NED for several years of a boutique media and events company. He has served also as a member of the audit committee of The Law Society of England and Wales; the audit committee of a major City of London law firm; the Committee of Inquiry into UK Vote Execution; the former authority for the British Transport Police Force; and the statutory Railway Heritage Committee.
Matt is an experienced Project Manager, and Leadership, Management, & Change Consultant, with extensive experience Learning & Development based in the UK. His background includes teaching at all levels, with academic achievements in the technical and business arenas.
Matt has an Engineering background and has led many international projects advancing technical achievement and corporate relationships throughout. He has extensive experience in organisational restructuring and development, as well as leading successful teams in Project and Change activities. Throughout his career, Matt has led change and growth in small and large organisations, helping them and their teams to reach strategic goals and their full potential.
As a Senior Consultant, Matt continues to foster collaborative partnerships with organisations as they manage change and growth, aligning corporate governance goals with training and development strategies to achieve success. With a focus on quality, Matt has advised and supported many organisations to comply with national and international standards. He has extensive experience in both public speaking, and personalized training and coaching.
Chalese’s coaching expertise includes working with senior leaders from prestigious organisations including Burberry, Lego, Versuni, The Alan Turing Institute, Thomson Reuters, and Saatchi & Saatchi. She integrates coaching with advanced psychometric tools to develop leadership capabilities at all levels.
In addition to running talent review processes and 360 assessments, Chalese is an accredited practitioner of Myers Briggs (Step I and II), Prosci Change Management, and Roche Martin’s Emotional Capital Report, as well as an EQ Workshop Facilitator.
